Product and program descriptions
We endeavor to describe and display the programs and products as accurately as possible. While we work hard to be as clear as possible in explaining what is offered, we do not guarantee that the website or product/program/service descriptions are entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing, but are not obligated to do so.
Physical products including books
Physical products including books are usually sold through 3rd parties. You must contact the vendor to determine their refund or exchange policy.
If we provide or directly sell any physical product, there are no refunds. We will endeavor to replace items that are damaged or incomplete. If this is not possible we may offer you a partial or full refund.
Digital products including ebooks
Many products published by us are digital downloads (e.g. ebooks or audios) that you access instantly upon payment.
Given the nature and limitations of the technology, it is not technically possible to return a digital downloads.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds for digital products once access to them has been granted.
If you have purchased through a 3rd party vendor you must contact them to determine their policy.
Online and in person workshops
Workshops usually include some combination of a live experience, group discussion and consumable supplies or digital downloads. None of these are returnable.
For online events, capacity is usually limited for technical or policy reasons. For in person events, physical space creates constraints.
When you register for an online or in person workshop, your space is held for you and we cannot offer it to someone else. Thus, there are no refunds, unless the event is cancelled by us.
If there are emergency conditions that necessitate a cancellation, we may reschedule a session instead of offering refunds, at our sole discretion. We will endeavor to complete a rescheduled workshop within one year but this may not always be possible. The definition of what constitutes emergency conditions is at our sole discretion. While we will act in good faith, we are not obligated to disclose details or justify our decision..
Other conditions may apply for specific workshops. Consult the event description for details on a specific workshop. If you will incur travel and lodging expenses as part of attending a workshop, purchasing traveler’s insurance is recommended to minimize your loss in case of a workshop cancellation.
Coaching, consulting and private sessions
Coaching and consulting sessions (whether group or individual) require the personal time of a practitioner and thus cannot be returned. As is commonly accepted practice in the coaching and consulting industries, no refunds will be given.
If you are not happy with your progress in coaching, please discuss it with your practitioner before making another payment, so that we can help make changes to better support you.
If you miss a session or do not ask to reschedule at least 24 hours before a session (or such longer period as may apply to a session type), you forfeit the session.
Sessions that are not used or are not used within 90 days of purchase are forfeited and not refundable. If you experience unexpected illness, tragedy or a death in your family and promptly contact us, we will evaluate the appropriateness of extending expiration dates, taking into account other business conditions. However, we have no obligation and make no promise to do so.
Affiliate, joint venture products and programs and 3rd party vendors
As disclosed in our Terms of Service, some products and programs we list or recommend are produced by affiliates, associates, 3rd party vendors or joint venture partners who handle payment processing or other aspects. We attempt to clearly display that such offers are not published by us, but do not guarantee this. Generally programs and products offered by our affiliates and joint venture partners do not offer refunds, but to be sure you should check with them.
So that we can improve what is being offered and how we describe it, we welcome your specific feedback on how we can improve.
